Can I change plans at any time?+
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference automatically. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing period.
What counts as a "connection"?+
A connection is one ad account, analytics property, or CRM workspace linked to Syncall.ai. For example, one Google Ads account = one connection. We never charge per metric or per seat.
Is there a setup fee?+
Never. No setup fees, no per-data-source charges, no credit systems. You pay one flat monthly or annual fee — that's it.
What happens when my trial ends?+
Your data and dashboards stay intact. You'll be prompted to select a paid plan. If you don't upgrade, your account moves to the Starter (free) tier automatically — no charges applied.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?+
Yes — we offer 30% off for registered non-profits and early-stage startups (under $1M ARR). Email us at hello@Syncall.ai with proof of eligibility.
How does white labeling work?+
On Grow and above, you can apply your agency logo, colors, and custom domain to all client-facing reports and dashboards. Clients never see the Syncall.ai brand.
Is my data secure?+
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We're GDPR compliant and SOC 2 certification is on our roadmap for late 2026. Agency plan customers can bring their own encryption keys (BYOK).
Can I pay by invoice?+
Invoice / ACH / wire payment is available on annual Agency plans. All other plans are billed via credit card through our secure Stripe integration.
